Assistant professor at the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (since 2014). Assistant judge and assistant specialist for jurisprudence at the Labour Law and Social Security Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Poland (since 2015). Attorney-at-law specialising at labour law and industrial relations (since 2011). Coach of award-winning students’ teams in the international competition The Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition - 2017 (2nd place), 2018 and 2019 (3rd place), 2020 and 2021 (1st place).
Defended her master's thesis on ‘Posting of Workers within the Freedom to Provide Services in the EU’ and defended with distinction her doctoral thesis on ‘Employee Obligation to Work’ at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Completed postgraduate studies in negotiation and mediation at SWPS University (2018) and a seminar in mediation and conflict management at Harvard Law School (2021). Graduated from the British Law Centre at the University of Cambridge (2009). Erasmus/Socrates scholarship at the Faculty of Law, the University of Gent (2005-2006).
Author of a monograph ‘Obowiązek wykonywania pracy przez pracownika’ (2022), a commentary on the Labour Code together with Małgorzata Gersdorf, Krzysztof Rączka, Michał Raczkowski and Wojciech Ostaszewski (2024), as well as numerous chapters in monographs and articles.
Presented at numerous conferences, national and international, recently at the Labour Law Research Network Conference in Warsaw (25-27 June 2023) and LERA 76th Annual Meeting Conference in New York (26-30 June 2024).
