Assistant Professor in the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. MA in law (2008) and Ph.D. in law (2014) at University of Warsaw. Attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association (since 2014). Since 2016, he has been running a Law Firm of Attorney-at-Law. Between 2010 and 2016, he worked in the Chamber of Labour, Social Security and Public Affairs of the Supreme Court (previously worked in law firms and government offices).
Academic lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw with experience in various teaching forms (lectures, exercises, workshops, seminars, postgraduate classes) dedicated to different groups of students. Member of the University's Anti-Mobbing Committee.
In his scientific work, he is interested in new technologies (especially blockchain) and problems related to them, but also in current problems (both theoretical and practical) related to the application of classical institutions of labour law.
He combines his academic interests with legal practice primarily in the field of labor law. He has experience in advising employees, employers as well as trade unions. He has participated in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. He advises on individual and collective labour law matters, both within the framework of general and special labour law (e.g., concerning the working time of flying personnel or employees working in medical entities).
