Seminars by Prof. Adam Opalski
Dear Student,
If you are interested in private international law, international commercial law and company law, we invite you to enrol in the seminars taught by Prof. Adam Opalski.
During the seminars we:
- analyse areas that are central to private international law, international commercial law and company law;
- devote particular attention to the law of capital companies;
- include the perspective of EU law;
- place strong emphasis on the comparative dimension of the topics discussed;
- focus on current reforms undertaken in Polish and foreign law.
About the lecturer: Prof. Adam Opalski is the editor and co-author of the most comprehensive commentary on the Polish Commercial Companies Code, co-author of several amendments to the Code, member of the Legal Codification Commission team for company law, author of over 100 publications in the field, and a member of international expert groups including ICLEG, ECLE and EMCA. He has extensive experience in company law, with particular focus on M&A, corporate finance, corporate governance and international and European company law.
