Student matters

Student matters are, as a rule, considered by the Programme Directors. The Vice-Dean for Student Affairs handles only those matters which, due to their complexity or nature, exceed the Directors' competence. Each matter should therefore first be submitted to the appropriate Director, who will refer the student to the Vice-Dean if necessary.
