Open call - PROM Program at the University of Warsaw
The call for applications is open for participation in the PROM Project – a short-term academic exchange at the University of Warsaw, funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange from the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 (EFSD). The program is designed to support short-term exchanges for students, doctoral candidates, and staff from abroad, providing opportunities to visit the Universiy of Warsaw.
The PROM Project aims to enhance participants’ competencies by supporting the mobility of academic and administrative staff, students, and doctoral candidates. A total of 50 participants from abroad will receive full funding for a short-term visit to the University of Warsaw.
Following activities may be covered by the project and will be eligible for a scholarship:
- teaching at the University of Warsaw;
- participation in short education forms, i.e. in courses, workshops, study visits at the University of Warsaw;
- carrying out archive/library queries;
- participation in preparation of an international grant application;
- other short education forms facilitating increasing competences of a project participant
The study visit must last 14 days. The visit must be carried out before 30 September 2025.
Candidates must:
- be a student, PhD candidate OR work as an academic or administrative staff at a university,
- demonstrate a need of acquiring new skills or increasing competence at the University of Warsaw,
- have an outstanding academic record,
- have a strong development potential in his/her career,
- demonstrate English language proficiency (min. level B2).
Recruitment procedures are carried out in accordance with the principle of equality and non-discrimination. In particular applicants will not be discriminated against because of disabilities.
