Serdecznie zapraszamy na wykład pt. "The Italian Administrative Procedure: a general overview", który odbędzie się 20 maja 2022 r. o godz. 13:15-14:45 w sali A3 Collegium Iuridicum II, przy ul. Lipowej 4. Wykład poprowadzi Pasquale Pantalone z Wydziału Prawa Uniwersytetu w Mediolanie.
Pasquale Pantalone is Assistant Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Milan and obtained the National Scientific Qualification as Associate Professor of Administrative Law in 2018. He has spent periods of research at UC Berkeley, Trinity College of Dublin and University of Granada. He has published the monograph “Autoritŕ indipendenti ematrici della legalitŕ” (2018) and he is the author of several essays in the fields of Administrative Law, Public Procurement Law and Environmental Law. As an attorney his field of practice includes independent authorities, health law, urban planning, public procurement and enviromental law.
