Research Group in Environment and Biodiversity Protection Law
The Research Group in Environment and Biodiversity Protection Law was created by the Ordinance of 20 February 2020 of the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration, implementing the Resolution of the Faculty Council of 16 December 2019 regarding the Introduction of Solutions for Protection of the Natural Environment.
Tasks of the Group include:
1. Reviewing the existing legal regulations,
2. Making suitable proposals for legal changes:
- Facilitating environmental protection,
- Combating climate changes,
- Facilitating conservation of endangered species,
- Strenghtening protection of humans from negative environmental factors (such as air polution, noise, electromagnetic fields),
- Strengthening environmental protection at the University and at the Faculty,
3. Organizing meetings for students, scholars, and external experts to advance the tasks described above.
